How the creative workspace handles your reference images, prompts, and project settings.

Your creative files
The homepage studio reads up to two reference images you select in your browser to display a composition preview. Each JPG, PNG or WebP image can be up to 20 MB. Images that need adjustment for the model may be resized or padded in your browser. Selecting a file or opening the composition preview does not upload that file to a generation service. The original file stays on your device. Audio uploads and Suno imports are not currently available.
The studio keeps these selections in the current page's memory. Removing a selection or leaving the page releases the preview's local file reference; it does not delete the original file from your device. Reloading the page clears the current studio selections.
Prompts and saved projects
Your creative content, stage description and settings stay in the current page's memory until you submit a generation. The studio combines your choices into a generation prompt. Previewing alone does not send them to a generation provider.
When you choose Save project, your browser downloads a version 3 JSON settings file. It contains your composed prompt, input mode, model preference, style, framing, duration, quality, and reference image names and metadata. It does not contain image bytes. You control where that downloaded file is stored and who receives it. This file is a creative brief; the studio does not currently offer project import.
Video generation
When enabled, choosing Generate video sends your composed prompt and settings to our server. Selected images are uploaded to Cloudflare R2 object storage. SEEAPI processes image safety checks and video generation with the selected Seedance model. Text safety checks use the configured review service, SEEAPI or Waffo. Audio upload is not available; the model may generate its own audio track.
We store the task, prompt, image references, settings, safety-review identifiers, status, result links and credit transaction in Cloudflare D1 so you can recover submitted tasks after leaving the page. A finished video may first be shown using a temporary SEEAPI URL while transfer to Cloudflare R2 is pending. A temporary preview is not confirmation that the video has been saved to our storage; check the displayed storage status. If transfer fails, the preview may remain available only until the provider URL expires.
Removing a local selection does not delete previously submitted files or task records. Reference and result URLs can be accessed by anyone who has those URLs; do not share them unintentionally. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period or permanent file availability. Contact support for deletion requests, subject to records we need for accounting, abuse prevention or legal obligations. The generation provider may retain data under its own terms; we do not make an unverified promise about its retention or model-training practices.
Account and support information
If you use an account, we process information such as your email address, profile name, authentication records and sessions. Security records may include your IP address and browser information. If you submit a support request, its content and replies are stored to respond to your request. Do not include passwords, full payment details, or sensitive media in a support message.
Payments and service providers
One-time credit packs and subscriptions can use PayPal or Waffo when the method is available at checkout. The payment provider receives the purchase details and information you enter in its checkout. We keep order, subscription and credit records, including amounts, currency, transaction identifiers, payment status and provider responses. These responses may include payer contact information. Payment details entered on the provider's checkout are governed by that provider's policies.
Cloudflare provides website hosting, content delivery, R2 file storage and the D1 database. SEEAPI processes generation requests and image safety checks; text safety checks use SEEAPI or Waffo according to the site's configuration. Waffo's text review and payment processing are separate uses. These services may process information in locations outside your country. Payment, account, support and generation information is used to deliver the service, reconcile payments, maintain task history and address security or support issues.
Website preferences and analytics
The website may store preferences such as your language or theme. If analytics is enabled by the site operator, the configured analytics service may receive page and device information according to its settings. These website features are separate from the studio's local media preview.
Your choices
You can clear your browser's site data, remove selections in the studio, and delete locally saved project files at any time. For account information or privacy requests, use the support form in your account. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
Only select photos, voices, and music you have permission to use. Get consent from people whose likeness you use.
Updates
We will update this policy when the service's data handling changes, including before a new remote media-processing workflow is introduced. See the Terms of Service.
