Content Standards and Acceptable Use
Content prohibited in uploads, AI video generation and sharing, and how to report a violation.
Last updated: 2026-10-28
Scope and responsibility
These rules form part of the Terms of Service. They apply to the creative workspace, including Video STUDIO, text-to-video and image-to-video generation, prompts, lyrics, uploaded photos, generated videos, audio and use or sharing of results. The service is for adults aged 18 or older. People in uploaded photos must be consenting adults. Only submit material you have permission to use, including the necessary copyright, music, voice, likeness and privacy permissions.
Prohibited content
Do not upload, request, generate or distribute through this service:
- Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or fetish content, sexual services, or non-consensual intimate images, including synthetic or altered depictions.
- Child abuse or exploitation (CSAM): sexualized depictions of minors, child sexual abuse material, grooming or any content that exploits or endangers a child. This prohibition includes fictional, altered and AI-generated material. Do not upload photos of minors.
- Graphic violence or gore: extreme or gratuitous violence, graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, animal cruelty, or content encouraging real-world violence, terrorism or self-harm.
- Hate, threats or harassment: hateful or discriminatory attacks against people based on protected characteristics, violent extremist propaganda, threats, targeted abuse or intimidation.
- Deceptive impersonation or harmful deepfakes: fraud, scams, fabricated endorsements, identity theft, or a person's likeness or voice used without authorization or to mislead, humiliate or harm them. Do not present a generated scene as evidence of a real event.
- Infringing or unlawful material: content that violates copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or likeness rights, exposes someone else's private information, or otherwise violates applicable law.
Fictional performances, artistic intent and AI-generated lyrics do not exempt content from these rules. Review the complete video and audio before sharing, and clearly identify AI-generated content when it could otherwise mislead viewers or when required by law. Do not present a generated scene as evidence of a real event.
Platform content review
Do not bypass image review, access controls, usage limits or other safeguards. Do not repeatedly alter a rejected upload to evade review. A service outage or technical error is not, by itself, a finding of misconduct.
Reference images must pass automated image review through SEEAPI before they can be used for generation. The complete composed prompt, including submitted creative content and lyrics, must pass a server-side text safety check through the configured review service, SEEAPI or Waffo, before it is sent to the video-generation provider. Safety-review identifiers and decisions are stored with the submitted task. Rejected prompts, incomplete results and unavailable checks cannot authorize a new generation.
Credits may be reserved when a task is created, before text review finishes. A confirmed safety rejection returns the reserved generation credits. A pending check or temporary outage does not itself establish the task's final outcome; check the saved task or contact support instead of submitting duplicate requests.
Automated input checks cannot guarantee detection of every violation, establish ownership or consent, or guarantee that an output is lawful. We do not currently perform a separate automated review of every generated video. Users must review results before sharing; suspected violations can be reported for review by our support team.
Enforcement and account restrictions
We assess reported content against these standards using available content, task records and the information supplied, and may ask for clarification or evidence of authority. Depending on severity and recurrence, measures may include a warning, rejecting requests, restricting access to or removing content under our control, and suspending or terminating accounts. Where required by law, we may preserve relevant records or refer a matter to the appropriate authorities. Payment disputes and refunds remain subject to the refund policy and applicable law.
Report a violation or request a review
Use Report content or abuse for sexual or violent content, child-safety concerns, hate, impersonation, privacy complaints or infringement. Include a content URL or task ID if available, a short explanation and your contact details. Do not download or resend illegal material to make a report.
We acknowledge reports within 1 business day of receipt and complete review, make a decision and carry out any required action within 5 business days of receipt. We notify the reporter of the outcome within that same period, subject to privacy, security and legal restrictions. Business days are Monday through Friday. See the reporting process for details.
If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact the same channel with the relevant task or report reference and explain why it should be reviewed. See the privacy policy for data handling.
