Credit packs and subscriptions

Rap video generation uses the general credits shown in the studio before submission. The cost depends on the selected model, resolution and duration; Standard at 720p for 12 seconds costs 10 credits. Aspect ratio does not change the price. See the pricing page for current products and credit costs.

One-time credit packs do not renew automatically, require no subscription and never expire. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at the price and frequency shown at checkout until canceled. Monthly credits are granted for each paid billing month and expire at its end. Annual credits are granted upfront and never expire; the annual quantity is the amount stated for that plan, not twelve times its monthly quantity.

Unused one-time purchases

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of a one-time credit-pack purchase if none of that order's credits has been used. Contact support with your account email and order ID. Once an order has been partly used, it is not eligible for an unused-purchase refund; payment errors, service failures and applicable consumer rights are still reviewed below.

Subscription cancellation

You can stop future renewals in Settings → Billing. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a payment already made. Monthly credits remain usable until the current paid billing month ends; unused annual and one-time pack credits remain valid after cancellation. A money refund can separately reduce the credits associated with the refunded payment.

For a disputed subscription charge, duplicate renewal or delivery problem, contact support with the relevant order or billing payment. We review the payment and credit-usage records under the payment-problem rules below and applicable consumer rights.

Failed generations return credits

  • Credits are reserved when a task is created. A confirmed safety rejection, generation failure or cancellation returns the task's reserved credits once.
  • A temporary delay or lost response is not a confirmed failure. Check the original task in your history before starting again.
  • Credits remain reserved while a task's outcome is uncertain, so the existing task can be recovered without submitting a duplicate.
  • If a task remains unresolved or a credit return is missing, contact support with its task ID. Support will reconcile the existing task before recommending a new submission.

Returning credits does not send money back to your payment method. If a purchase has already been refunded, a failed-task credit return cannot restore the credits removed by that refund.

For legacy video-package purchases, support uses the allowance and quality recorded on the original order, separately from Rap credits. The existing 14-day unused-purchase rule still applies to those orders.

Payment and delivery problems

Contact support about a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, a paid pack or subscription that was not credited, or a persistent technical problem that prevents delivery. We will check the order, payment and task records and offer correction or a refund where appropriate. Rights required by applicable consumer law take priority over this policy.

AI output can vary in subject likeness, shape, motion and sound. A successfully delivered result is not automatically refundable solely because it differs from a reference video or a personal aesthetic preference. This does not limit remedies for defective or misdescribed services under applicable law.

How to request a money refund

Include your order ID, account email, purchase date and reason. For a generation problem, also include the task ID. Do not send full card details or your password.

Money refunds are reviewed and processed through the original payment provider, rather than issued automatically by the failed-task system. Approved refunds return through the original payment channel; the provider and your bank determine when funds become available. Support can provide the processing status.

A full refund removes the credits associated with the refunded order or billing payment. Partial refunds reduce that payment's credit entitlement proportionally, with the remaining entitlement rounded down to whole credits; credits already used count against it. Unrelated purchases are unaffected.
