Submit a content report

Use the email below to report content without creating an account or making a purchase. Signed-in users may also open a support ticket. Use the subject Content report and identify whether the concern involves sexual content, child safety, violence, hate, impersonation, privacy or infringement.

What to include

• The page or video URL, or a task ID if you have one. You can report suspected misuse even if you do not know the uploader's account.
• A brief description of the issue and the category in our content standards that applies.
• For copyright, trademark, likeness or privacy complaints, identify the affected work, person or right and explain whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
• A contact email for follow-up, and relevant dates or other non-sensitive context.

Do not send passwords, full payment details or unnecessary identity documents. Do not attach, download or resend child sexual abuse material or other illegal content; provide a URL or description instead. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the relevant local emergency service.

How reports are handled

1. We acknowledge your report within 1 business day of receiving it. We review the information and may request clarification or evidence of authority where needed. A report is not an automatic finding against another user.
2. Within 5 business days of receiving the report, we complete the review, make a decision and carry out any required action on content or accounts under our control. Measures may include rejecting a request, restricting access to or removing content, or suspending an account. Records may be preserved or matters referred to authorities where legally required.
3. Within that same period, we notify you of the outcome through the email or support ticket you used, subject to privacy, security and legal restrictions. If you believe a decision is mistaken, reply with the reference and the reason for requesting a review.

Business days are Monday through Friday. We cannot remove copies independently published on other services; report those to the relevant host as well. Report details are used to assess and respond to the concern under our privacy policy.
