Do I need exactly two photos?
Yes. The first portrait supplies the left performer and the second supplies the right performer. Use one clear person in each image.
Which photo formats can I upload?
Upload JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 20 MB each. Use a separate portrait for each person. Large images are resized automatically during upload.
Can I change the prompt, audio or duration?
The editor accepts two portraits, output quality and framing. It has no custom prompt, lyrics, audio upload or duration controls; those parts are handled by the preset template.
How many credits does a video cost?
The current 768P and 2K prices appear in the quality selector. The create button shows the cost for your selection. Credits are deducted when the task is created, so review that amount before submitting.
Will my video match the example?
The example illustrates a two-person performance in an orange studio, not a hotel interior. It is a reference, not a guarantee of your output. Faces, motion and scene details can differ with each generation.
What happens if generation fails or stays pending?
Credits are returned when a task is confirmed failed. If its status is still uncertain, it stays pending while the system checks the original task. Check that task before starting another video.
Where can I find and save my video?
The completed video appears in the result panel, where you can preview it and open the video link to save it. While signed in, you can also return to recent Hotel Lobby tasks or find them in My videos.
